Audio Engineer Training Manual

A comprehensive training handbook created for the volunteers on the audio team at First Baptist Church in Hammond. Designed to be both an instructional guide, as well as a quick reference text to assist team members in learning, developing, and strengthening their live audio skillset.

While certain sections are tailored to the nuances of operating sound in a church worship environment – as well as some sections that will apply only to our church – most of the handbook can be applied to any scenario where live audio engineering is required.

Designed to be read by a general audience with little to no experience, this text starts from the very basics and covers, in detail, all elements required to produce a high-quality live or broadcast mix.
